Product Care Guide
Our raw Cambodian hair extensions are naturally resilient and require minimal effort to maintain. Treat them as you would your natural hair, following these simple care steps below.

Daily Care
1
- Brushing: Use a soft bristle brush or a wide-tooth comb to gently detangle your extensions. Always brush your hair before showering and before going to bed. Start from the tips and work your way up to avoid pulling on the roots.
- Styling: It’s safe to use heated styling tools on your hair extensions, but always use a heat protectant spray beforehand to prevent damage. Keep the temperature settings on low to medium to ensure the hair retains its natural vitality.
Washing
2
- Shampooing: Use a sulfate-free shampoo to keep the extensions clean without stripping them of natural oils. Wet the hair gradually and apply shampoo gently. Avoid rubbing or twisting the hair.
- Conditioning: After shampooing, apply a moisturizing conditioner from mid-length to the ends. Avoid the roots to prevent any slippage of the extensions. Leave the conditioner on for a few minutes before rinsing thoroughly with cool water to lock in moisture.
Drying and Styling
3
Straight Hair
- Brushing: Start by gently brushing the hair from top to bottom. This smooths the strands and prepares them for effective drying.
- Drying: When planning to straighten your hair post-drying, opt for an air dryer set on low heat to minimize potential damage while drying your extensions.
Wavy or Curly Hair
- Towel Drying: Gently pat the hair with a towel from bottom to top to maintain the natural pattern of waves or curls without disrupting their formation.
- Drying: For the best results, allow the hair to dry naturally in a closed room. This method prevents frizz and keeps the curls and waves looking vibrant.
Note for Drying Wigs: Before drying wig, set the parting on your wig as desired. Drying it on a mannequin head helps maintain the wig’s shape and style.
Sleeping
4
- Preparation: Before going to bed, braid your hair loosely or tie it in a gentle ponytail to prevent tangling overnight.
- Pillow: Use a satin pillowcase to minimize friction and prevent excessive tangling and breakage.
Long-Term Care
5
- Deep Conditioning: Treat your hair extensions to a deep conditioning treatment once a month to nourish and revitalize the hair.
- Professional Maintenance: Regular visits to a professional stylist will ensure your extensions are adjusted correctly and remain secure. This is also a good opportunity to address any concerns or adjustments you may require.
Additional Tips
6
- Minimize the use of hairsprays and other hair products with alcohol, which can dry out the hair.
- Using minimal heat across all hair types is crucial to preserving the hair’s natural texture and overall health.
